Julia Heffelfinger is a cook, food writer, editor and culinary producer currently living in Denver, Colorado.

Formerly the Associate Food Editor at Food & Wine Magazine, she has also worked for Melissa Clark of The New York Times, Sara Kate Gillingham at The Kitchn and on the line in two of Daniel Boulud's NYC restaurants.

A native of Minnesota, she'll talk your ear off about her love of her home state and buttered corn on the cob. On the weekends you'll find her skiing in the mountains, playing with her dog, or cooking (because all she ever really thinks about is food).
